How to create a simple 360 degree/Upward/Peer review survey for a single target/reviewee?

1. Click on Create New Survey on the survey page.
2. Select Upward Review.
3. Complete all the fields in the Properties page.

4. Add raters and targets using Add raters by email by entering each of the rater emails and the email of a single target on the Participants page.

   

5. Create the questionnaire.

6. Navigate to the Pairings page to see the below screen.

   

7. As there is only one reviewee/target, click the Proceed button to automatically map all the raters and the single target. Parings will be created.
8. Move on to create an email invite and FAQs for the survey.
9. Verify and launch the survey.
