How to create an exit survey?

1. Click on Feedback app tile after logging into the unmatched platform.

2. Click on Create New Survey button, on top right corner.

3. Click on exit survey to start creating an exit survey.

4. Give a title to the survey and write a description of the survey to make it clear for participants.

5. Create a questionnaire for the survey.
6. Add participants to the survey with end dates for each of them as deadlines for them to complete the exit survey.

7. Create an invite email for the raters like below using the dynamic variables.

8. Launch the survey for the participants.
