How to download individual reports after survey process is complete?

  1. Go to the reports page from the left menu items

  1. Click on the survey for which reports need to be downloaded.

  2. To download an individual participant click on the first button in the actions against that person's name to see the

  3. When you click on the button in actions you will see the popup that contains the download button to download the report of the individual participant

  4. Click on download button to prepare all the reports for download.
  5. Go to Downloads page and click on the download link in the Actions column


To download a filtered group of reports add filter. (see below)


  1. Click on the Download button to download only the filtered reports when the filter is on.
  2. Go to Download page and click on the download link in the Actions column.
